WH30S Deck Press
With two levels and thermally insulated support plates, this special press can press molds at temperatures up to 450 °C for casting special silicone molds. The PLC control allows for digital setting of the target pressure and holding time. The control system monitors and regulates the pressing pressure fully automatically. Should the contact force change during the holding time (e.g., due to the slowly cooling mold), the force is automatically readjusted.
Assembly station for diesel pumps
For the assembly of large diesel pumps, the customer required the cylinder head cover to be pre-tensioned using a hydraulic press so that the cylinder head bolts could be installed during assembly. For this purpose, a roller was integrated into a roller conveyor, which applies the necessary pressure to the pump housing on the assembly line. The roller conveyor and press were fully pre-assembled by Tigermetal at their factory, including the electrical control unit and hydraulic unit, so that the customer only had to integrate the unit into the roller conveyor.

This special press is used to compress radioactively contaminated filter mats from the decommissioning of nuclear power plants. For economical final disposal, it is essential to reduce the volume to a minimum. The large-area press plates, guided parallel by bolts, distribute the pressing force over the largest possible area. To increase operator safety, the system is also equipped with a two-hand control panel. Another special feature of this press is its dual applicability: A conversion kit allows the press plates to be removed. An extendable roller carriage can be mounted, enabling the pressing of steel drums.
Special press made of V4A stainless steel for the pharmaceutical industry
This custom press, designed for a renowned pharmaceutical manufacturer, is used to grind a solid raw material in the production of creams. The machine is designed for use in a cleanroom and is constructed entirely of V4A stainless steel. It is operated via a two-hand control panel, with the pressing process taking place behind a protective polycarbonate enclosure.
WH200S Special Dimensions
In addition to standard dimensions, our workshop presses are also available in special dimensions and customer-specific designs. All dimensions can be varied, provided they are technically feasible. To reduce the overall height of the machine, the hydraulic unit can be mounted on the side.
WH150W (with winch and width F = 1500mm)
For ergonomic adjustment of the support table, the machine can be equipped with a winch. As standard, the support table is adjusted using chains attached to the cylinder. The machine shown here also features a wider passage width of F = 1500 mm.
Mini-Presse WH20
For a customer with particularly limited space, we built a mini press with a pressing force of 20 tons. The machine is used for testing tasks that are carried out in the cargo area of a vehicle.
WH150S with protective grille
This 150-ton press offers exceptional operator safety thanks to its protective fence. The metal mesh gate opens to the front via a door. The support plate with T-slots allows for the secure mounting of customer-specific press dies within the machine. Numerous press parameters can be controlled via the Siemens PLC.
WH30 with closed side walls
The side walls of the press can be closed off to provide additional frame stiffening against tensile forces and additional operator protection.
WH150A with 2-hand operation
If increased operator protection is required, the presses in the automatic series can be equipped with a two-hand control panel. The machine then only moves the cylinder when both buttons are pressed simultaneously and continuously by the operator.
WH60A with protective housing
The machine can be fully enclosed upon request. The polycarbonate panels in an aluminum frame (ITEM) offer optimal protection for the operator against access to the press chamber and against splinters that might be generated during the pressing process. The protective enclosure is also optionally available with an additional steel mesh.
WH30 with protective housing and train stamp
This machine can both push and pull on a workpiece. To absorb the pulling force, the cylinder has a large thread for attaching a customer-specific tool. The machine's frame is specially reinforced to withstand the pulling force, and the side walls are fully enclosed. For additional operator protection, the machine is enclosed in a polycarbonate safety housing.
WH30 with special press mold
In the field of special-purpose machine construction, we supply machines with custom-designed presses tailored precisely to customer requirements. Using the press shown, four tablets of a CBD product, shaped like a bar of soap, can be compressed per stroke. The machine automatically ejects the finished tablets from the mold via ejector pins.
Flat printing plates (WH30-S)
If a simple, cost-effective pressing process is required, the standard press can be extended by two press plates. This distributes the pressing force over the largest possible area.
Mobile support table (WH-150S)
For easy insertion of heavy components below the press cylinder, a mobile sliding table can be mounted on the machine. The table can be easily moved by hand by the operator, as it is mounted on rollers. These rollers are secured in a groove by springs, which yield under the high load of the press to protect it from the high pressing forces.
WH100 with steel grid
Hydraulic workshop press with 100 tons of pressing force and additional steel mesh for operator protection. Access to the press chamber is via a safety door that can be opened from the front.
