WH30S multi-platen press
With two levels and heat-insulated support plates, this special press can press molds at temperatures up to 450°C for casting special silicone molds. The PLC control allows the target pressure and holding time to be digitally specified. The control system monitors and regulates the pressing pressure fully automatically. Should the contact pressure change during the holding time (e.g., due to the slowly cooling mold), the force is automatically readjusted.
Joining station for diesel pumps
For the assembly of large diesel pumps, the customer required preloading the cylinder head cover using a hydraulic press so that the cylinder head bolts could be installed during assembly. For this purpose, a roller was integrated into a roller conveyor, which applies the necessary pressure to the pump housing on the assembly line. The roller conveyor and press were fully pre-assembled by Tigermetal in the factory, including the electrical control system and hydraulic unit, so the unit only needed to be integrated into the roller conveyor at the customer's site.

This special press is used to compress radioactively contaminated filter mats from the dismantling of nuclear power plants. For economical final storage, the volume must be reduced to a minimum. The large-surface pressing plates, which are guided parallel by bolts, distribute the pressing force over the largest possible area. To increase operator safety, the system is also equipped with a two-hand control panel. Another special feature of this special press is its dual application: The pressing plates can be removed using a conversion kit. An extendable roller carriage can be mounted, which can be used to press steel drums.
Special press made of stainless steel V4A for the pharmaceutical industry
This custom press for a renowned pharmaceutical manufacturer is used to crush a solid raw material in the cream manufacturing process. The machine is designed for use in a clean room and is made entirely of V4A stainless steel. It is operated via a two-hand control panel, with the pressing process taking place behind a protective polycarbonate enclosure.
WH200S special dimensions
In addition to standard dimensions, our workshop presses are also available in special dimensions and customized versions. This allows all dimensions to be varied—where technically feasible. To reduce the system height, the hydraulic unit can be mounted on the side.
WH150W (with cable winch and width F = 1500mm)
For ergonomic adjustment of the support table, the machine can be equipped with a cable winch. As standard, the support table is adjusted using chains attached to the cylinder. The machine shown here also features a wider passage width of F = 1500 mm.
Mini-Presse WH20
For particularly tight spaces, we built a mini press with 20 tons of pressure for a customer. The machine is used for testing tasks that are performed in the cargo area of a vehicle.
WH150S with protective grille
This 150-ton press offers exceptional operator safety thanks to its protective fence. The metal mesh can be opened from the front via a door. The support plate with T-slots allows for the secure mounting of customer-specific press molds. The Siemens PLC controls the numerous press parameters.
WH30 with closed side walls
As additional frame stiffening against tensile forces and as additional operator protection, it is possible to close the side walls of the press.
WH150A with 2-hand operation
If increased operator protection is required, the presses of the automatic series can be equipped with a two-hand control panel. This allows the machine to move the cylinder only when both buttons are pressed synchronously and continuously by the operator.
WH60A with protective housing
Upon request, the machine can be fully enclosed. The polycarbonate panels in an aluminum frame (ITEM) provide optimal protection for the operator against access to the press chamber and against splinters that may be generated during the pressing process. The protective enclosure is also available with an additional steel mesh grille as an option.
WH30 with protective housing and pull stamp
This machine can be used to both push and pull on a workpiece. To absorb the pulling force, the cylinder features a large thread for attaching a customer-specific tool. To accommodate the pulling force, the frame of this machine is specially reinforced, and the side walls are fully enclosed. For additional operator protection, the machine is enclosed in a polycarbonate protective housing.
WH30 with special mold
In the field of special-purpose machinery, we supply machines with special molds that are precisely tailored to customer requirements. The mold shown here can compress four tablets of a CBD product in the shape of a bar of soap per stroke. The machine can automatically eject the finished tablets from the mold using ejector pins.
Flat printing plates (WH30-S)
If a simple, cost-effective pressing operation is required, the standard press can be expanded with two press plates. This distributes the compressive force over the largest possible area.
Mobile support table (WH-150S)
A mobile sliding table can be mounted on the machine to easily insert heavy components beneath the press cylinder. The table is easily moved by the operator by hand, as it is mounted on rollers. The rollers, in turn, are secured in a groove by springs, which yield under the heavy load of the press to protect it from the high pressing forces.
WH100 with steel grille
Hydraulic workshop press with 100 tons of pressing force and additional steel mesh to protect the operating personnel. Access to the press room is via an opening safety door from the front.
